Magical mive

Move over, David Copperfield! Jorge and Elvin made an entire apartment full of stuff disappear like magic -- and it wasn't an illusion, it was real! They are total pros. I was very impressed with their organization and efficiency. They were fast, but careful. All the furniture was wrapped well. I had underestimated the number of boxes and forgot a piece of furniture or two, but Jorge was very clear in explaining how that increased the cubic footage/cost, and the $ difference did not amount to much. FYI this was a move from Pittsburgh to storage in DC. Arranging the move in advance was very smooth as well thanks to Peter. Five stars all the way!

5 Stars!!! Trustworthy, efficient, very polite and customer focused

Daniel, Rudy, Jorge, Eliot (Torres) and Jonathan are rock stars! We have the best, stress free move because of them. They were on time, very careful with loading and unloading our items, focused on making sure they place everything perfectly based on our instructions. They worked tirelessly for 2 days during our move. Thank you so much to Team Daniel!!! Highly recommended. Absolutely professionals.

Packing and moving.

Paid way more than quote. Was told there would be 2 packers and a driver and I ended up with 2 people total which resulted in sloppy packing, taking longer to pack, and not following basic procedures. They were very late and ended up working late, like 10pm
Although they were working hard it all would have been a much different experience with that other person they should had
It's all about the money and not the satisfaction or regards of any kind to the person paying a lot of money for their services. Overall what was already stressful became even more so in many ways

Was bad on many levels!!

Wonderful Experience

We recently moved from DC to Chicago and we were very pleased with our experience with Helix. They were very transparent with costs so we had no surprises, the movers were fast, efficient, and careful with everything. Great job on move to NYC

Everyone I worked with at Helix was great and super friendly. Both teams (Bladimir and George for pickup in Nashville, and Srecko, Stefan, and Fernando for drop off in NYC) expertly handled the logistics of the move, and kept me updated at every stage. They also went out of their way to accommodate the timeframe within which I was allowed to move in to my new apartment. Overall great service!

Srecko and Fernando helped us with our move from Boston. They were both very professional, responsive, and efficient. They were extremely careful with our items and made sure that all items were securely packaged or wrapped before moving. Just got packed up by José, Manny, and Elliot. Best moving experience I’ve ever had. They were efficient, professional, and incredibly flexible when my apartment building threw them some curveballs. They packed up my one bedroom apartment in no time at all while being incredibly careful with our massive amount of glass wear and art work. They were true professionals from start to finish.
