It was clear from the initial conversations with Martin, there was a genuine desire to put the customer's individual needs at the heart of his service. Martin was flexible with price, on arrival he and his colleague Sean were polite, covid safe, professional and with great care loaded my possessions onto their well maintained vehicle. I was also doing the drive down to Milton Keynes on the same day and Martin kept in touch during the journey, resulting in us arriving at our destination within minutes of each other. Once again with great care and courtesy, Martin and Sean offloaded my belongings. At no point did I worry, or second guess my choice by going with Hart Home Removals. I had peace of mind right from the initial conversation and was confident everything was in safe hands. I was not let down in any way. Martin came out to take a detailed look around our 2nd floor flat to give a quote. Took the time to answer any of our queries. Quote was almost half of a competitor who had similar high reviews. Boxes were dropped off in plenty of time for us. They were also good about taking unwanted furniture out to pass on to charity. On the day the guys turned up at 8am and I've never seen such hard workers! Nothing was a challenge for them like trying to fit sofa through new house door! Will definitely be recommending to any friends moving in the future ? thanks guys you made it so stress-free for this part of the move for us!

Cannot recommend Martin and the team highly enough. Martin did a home consultation approximately 1 week before my moving date to assess what needed to be dismantled and reassembled at the other end. Moved from a second floor flat with close entrance and everything arrived 50 miles away to my new home in perfect condition.

On the day Shaun and Paul were super friendly, professional and completely all over it which made it a stress free move for me! Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone who is looking to move on and never look back!
