Handy Removals

Dear Reader Avoid at all cost. This is arguably the most unprofesional company I have ever had to deal with. They were contracted to collect my things and deliver to France. 1 > They left some stuff behind under the false pretend the van was overloaded ( truth is that it wasn't loaded properly and not optimised ) 2 > They didn't prepare their route and got stuck in the middle of the mountain by following blindly their GPS failing to deliver on the saturday as planned 3 > The Office stopped taking my calls on saturday afternoon and my point of contact decided to quit the company on Sunday ( cause: difficult customers ). I then lost contact with the company for 48 hours. 4 > They tried to find another way but failed miserably and decided to go back to London without informing me ( !! ) 5> After they finally agreed to come and pick up the remainding elements, they unilaterally decided to throw it away at the recycling centre ( !! ) 6 > The last contact with them it was their office being pissed off at me and who actually even hang up on me. It is up to you now, dear reader, to make your choice, Arno.

Me and my son were moving to the other part of town and needed a reliable removals company to move our furniture. My mother recommended Handyremovals. I gave them a ring and explained our situation. They said that because I’d rang at such short notice, they’d have to see what they could do. They rang me back not long after and told me that everything would be ok and we arranged a time and date. Everything went as planned and I really liked the removal guys who came to our house. They made a fuss of my son and worked really hard. Brilliant company, well worth hiring.

I must admit that choosing Handy removals was the best decision that I could have made in regards to my relocation. I am a student who doesn’t have a lot of cash to splash around on services such as moving and therefore I was on the lookout for the cheapest option possible. Luckily, I found Handy removals who told me that they would be able to relocate my personal belongings to my new university accommodation without stressing me out, causing any inconvenience in my life and without costing me a fortune. I had a very happy, enjoyable, inexpensive and successful removal and I would like to say a big thanks to them! Great job guys!

I was very happy with Handy Removals (www.handy-removals.co.uk). It was easy to book and confirm. We booked removal of a two bedroom property within South London with no packing and limited large furniture. The initial estimate (5 hours) seemed a bit much and was over extimated. They turned up on time and asked if someone else could help for a slightly increased price per hour. I was initially slightly concerned about this but they all worked hard and the job got done in 2.5 hours (not the predicted 5). We had no damages. They also took apart our sofa (which we had not realised would not fit out the door) and put it together again within the hourly charge. They actually took slightly longer than the 2.5 hours they charged us for. We were also pleased that they charged by the half hour, not the hour. They were polite and efficient.

Fantastic job and really decent and good value rates too. Moving house is never easy but it really does help when you have the help you need from the experts. Having the team at Handyremovals behind me along every step of the way made all of the difference in the world and so I was able to enjoy a well planned, organised and successful relocation with this company name and I actually enjoyed it too! Relocating with this company didn’t cost me too much, in fact their rates were incredibly reasonable and in addition, I got to move safely and peacefully to my new home. From the moment that I started to speak and deal with Handyremovals, I found that they were a lovely group of people and a truly wonderful company. I hotly recommend!
