I hired Hallmark Moving last month and it was the best possible decision on my part. They had an unbeatable quote and a friendly customer service. The movers were very efficient and worked very time sparingly. It was all great but I wasn’t budging until all my valuables were safely delivered. The van pulled up right on schedule at my new house. I took an inventory and nothing was missing. I checked every piece and nothing was damaged. I still can’t digest the level of efficiency displayed by this no-nonsense moving company.

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $5569

Hired this company through a brokerage and they picked up my belongings on 12/02/2020 to move me from VA to TN and it was horrible but finally delivered 12/23/20,(I was originally quoted it was to be delivered 12/13/2020!) The owner kept telling me I just didn’t read my contract but he changed the delivery date 3 times without notice. He tried to say it was delayed due to a snowstorm in Connecticut, and told me I was stupid for not knowing that would effect me?!? He also, never updated the brokerage company so I was completely left in the dark. And then he threatened me by saying “ I needed to be nicer to the person who was moving my stuff. “ He just kept saying you didn’t read the contract. Well my contact promised professional door to door service and that is far from what I received. Calling your customers [EDIT], [EDIT] and other derogatory names when they just wanted the job to be done as stated or contacted professionally with the changes is apparently too much to ask for. So if you want to pay thousands of dollars and then insulted when things don’t go this man’s way then hire away!

The team gave me supporting hands in the most difficult time of my move. The relocation process is upsetting and challenging, however with the movers’ support, I succeeded. They looked after my belongings to my satisfaction and went far beyond to finish each and every task appropriately. I seriously relished the moving procedure. Even though I expected a normal service, it ended up being that I got a moderate price and an excellent service. I am expecting to use these movers repeatedly for every move since I am delighted by the way they managed every part of the move.

The team was very flexible with the appointment. The movers I initially hired had an accident and could not come anymore. The response was immediate and the team was at my door in less than an hour. They were very nice and professional. Although their English wasn't great we understood each other perfectly. They moved very fast and did not stall in any way. They also took apart and made back my bed as it was too big for the door frame. Everything was arranged as I wanted in the new apartment. They were very careful not to scratch the floor or bump the walls. I would definitely recommend Hallmark Moving. Thank you..!

My collection of furniture was old and very close to expiry dates. But I couldn’t afford new ones just yet and so Hallmark Moving was given the mammoth task to transport these rickety pieces. I knew it was a hard job given how less-than-standard these pieces are and how susceptible to journey they are. But the movers managed to deliver each and every piece of my furniture in great condition to my new house. They didn’t even charge me ridiculously for it. I don’t know how that happened, but it happened. I’m definitely hiring them again.

I’m grateful to Hallmark Moving for making my first move so easy. They gave me an amazing quote and sent over four movers. While they didn’t really understand much English, it wasn’t really too hard to communicate with them. They were experienced enough to know what to do and how to do it. They very efficiently packed up all my belongings and then loaded them on to the truck. I wasn’t sure if all my belongings would fit into that one truck, but they quite easily managed to do it. Even the delivery was made on time and none of my valuables were broken or damaged. Their experience with moving really saved my day!

This was my first relocation ever. I had to move with my family with me as well. As this was our first move, we were concerned about which company to hire to help us. My father-in-law has traveled across USA and he suggested the name of Hallmark Moving. As I called them, they were very polite on the phone. They took the information very profoundly and then gave me a quote. Only later on when I talked to other people about their moves, I understood how reasonable my quote was. Their men arrived on time to my house and they were very efficient. They were very innovative while packing and loading my stuffs. I received all my belongings right on schedule. My first move couldn’t have gone any better.
