Gladiator are the best!
They dealt with our difficult removal ( 88 stairs and no lift, and stuff that had to go to 2 different places) in the most outstanding way.
The team leader Anthony showed dedication, experience and leadership, treating us at all times with the most respect and high end service in mind, all the while motivating his team through a 2 difficult and very tiring days with brio.
All team members were very hardworking, reliable men with attention to detail and they all deserve a 5 star!

I moved from Epsom to Hampshire on October 2nd.
The two man team was so professional, courteous and went the extra mile to ensure our move was hassle free.
We moved from a 4 bedroom townhouse and was surprised by the speed and efficiency with which things were done.

I was exhausted and they literally just took over from the minute they arrived.

They hung up mirrors and pictures for me before they left.

I can't thank the team enough and just wish more people would save themselves a lot of trouble and just use this fantastic company.

After reading numerous reviews on this company I had high expectations of the company. However what I read and what I experienced did not match. After turning up to the job a hour late without notifying me the only person who was in a rush to get the job started was me. When they did eventually start work the boys on the job seemed more interested in not breaking a nail and play fighting with each other. Avoid this company if you want a reliable and professional move ! Not worth the hassle or the money !

I very rarely write reviews, unless the service was diabolical or over the top in terms of exceeding my expectations.  Fortunately this review is for the latter of the two.   Three words come to mind when thinking about my packing and move managed by Gladiator Removals:  Professional, efficient and pleasurable. Professional Antony and his team were professional in every aspect, in terms: Branding(removal vans, uniforms, boxes).    This may sound superficial but it provides the customer who is already stressed with moving that they are being moved by an established organisation rather than a couple of blokes with a van,  with a fledgling company who’ve decided to give the removals business a go, and you’re one of the guinea pig new customers. Communications– Anthony was very clear in terms of communication how the day would go, letting me know what to expect and what was expected of me and was in constant contact keeping me informed of how they were doing.   I never felt like the move was something being done to me, and was consulted along the way, but Anthony was also very proactive always giving me his professional opinion based on his years of experience. Efficient The gladiator team were very efficient in the following aspects and more: Punctuality– They always arrived on time and even when they called ahead to say they would be late because they were caught in traffic, there were still early! Packing and Moving Time– On packing day the crew arrived en masse, and Anthony scoped out the flat, made decisions based on what he saw and then assigned tasks to each of the team members.  He walked me through how they wold pack the flat up; then with military precision they descended upon my flat and before I could bink my eyes everything was packed.  Seriously though they stared at 8:00 am and were finished by 13:00 for a 2 bed flat.   On Moving day again an 8:00 start time, we manage to get me moved in to the new flat by 13:00 roughly. Pleasurable –to work with Throughout the moving process the Gladiator team were always smiling with a can do attitude and willing to go the extra mile.  I had sold a few items on eBay that needed packaging and shipping and they even packed those for me! I never was made to feel that it was an imposition for anything I asked or requested.

Very Professional, always on time. I have referred many customers to them, and all those customers have used their service again. Gladiator Removal build a very good relationship with their customers and help them through out. They've got a strong team who value the customer's goods and take good care of it. These guys are unbelievable. The respect they have for each other is parallel only with the respect they have for the client. They turned up 2 mins early & everything went like clockwork from then on. After all was completed, I took them out for breakfast, before making our way to the coast. Collected keys, they were waiting at the property & again, like military precision, it was completed in under 2hrs. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending these guys. You won't be disappointed. A service like this is very rare nowadays & was a total pleasure. The pickup & delivery details on this form are rubbish. The correct pickup was Surbiton, Surrey & the delivery was Hythe, Kent.

Really fantastic! From the time I received the first quote, through all email correspondence, through to the last box being placed in our new home. Smooth, efficient and super friendly profession service was provided! Cannot recommend highly enough! Thank you for all your help in making our move effortless!

A massive thank you to Gladiators for such a great move down to Christchurch. How everything was packed in the one van we do not know but (two were brought just in case!) but, as promised, it was stress-free for us.  It was a long day but throughout everyone was professional, full of fun and absolutely dedicated to making our day as easy as possible.  We now have the hard part of sorting it all out!!   Once again, we were extremely pleased and congratulate Mr Pink on hand picking the right guys for the job.

I am never one to take the time out to upload a review, regardless of how excellent the service is, as I am usually far too busy, so tends to show my gratitude through generous tips. However, this particular company has left a smile on my entire family (considering this was a 7 bedroom house move), that has even had us laughing about the day in absolute amusement of the strength and determination of these guys. I mean literally from the beginning to the end (including the generosity of free extra boxes) their service was amazing and exquisitely polished. Without a doubt I would most definitely use them again (hopefully we won’t be in too much of a rush to move). If Harrods had a removal company then these Gladiators would most definitely be the captains of their ship! Thank you ever so much guys especially the very friendly and courteous logistic team for all the extra boxes. Needless to say, I have already told my mates at the golf club and I am sure the will be as impressed as we certainly were. So there you have it. My first ever review. Mrs Bazarie.
