Get Moved UK were able to help me out with a long distance move, with less than a week's notice. I needed to move the contents of a first floor, two bed flat from Bristol to a house in Lancashire and only had a couple of days off work to do it. After filling in the online form on Get Moved's website I received a call back promptly and arranged a very competitive quote there and then, with no obligation. They even gave me 24 hours to wait and hear back from other removals services before confirming.

The two removal men turned up on time and were friendly, professional and efficient throughout when loading the lorry. As the distance was quite far it was recommended that the job be done over two days, with the delivery happening the following day. It is worth noting that I was charged for the job itself, and not by the hour, so the fact that it took two days did not cost me any more money. I thought this was very reasonable and honest.

On delivery day I was given regular updates by text as to when they would be arriving. On arrival the guys put all the items in whichever rooms they were asked and even helped to put the big fridge-freezer doors back on (they had to be removed to get it out of the flat).

In conclusion, I couldn't recommend this company more!

Get Moved have moved my family a couple of times over the past 5 years, with the most recent move from Gloucester to Bristol.

The move went without a hitch, which was important with two kids to also be managing on the day, but they guys that moved us just did everything perfectly.

We had quite a bit to move, with some of it to be dropped off to a self storage facility in Thornbury, and again, this was no trouble and everything was done correctly.

Easy to book, easy to move, 100% happy and would continue to recommend.

Turned up on time. Very careful how loaded can. Took great care in all our items. Very fast and professional . No faults at all. Recommend to anyone who is moving house. Very grateful for there help and making our move a smooth process. Very polite. They even got to our new house before us. Once move was complete. They chatted politely for 5 minutes before going on to there next move. We checked all our furniture after and no damage to anything. They put all our stuff in the correct rooms and nearly taking extreme care while doing so.

We found iMove online when we were researching removals from Bristol to Dublin. They were very responsive from our initial query and visited the house to do a survey of the items to be removed which gave great reassurance that everything would fit and how much space we would need in storage in Dublin. The team were very effective at removing all the items and packed the van in a careful manner. Our main contact offered advice and information useful for planning an overseas move. We would definitely recommend the service to anyone.

Moving from Bristol to Yorkshire after 20 years we knew it was a big move and got a quote from a big company. When we got a date just before the Sept stamp duty deadline they couldn't do the move and we were put in touch with Get Moved via the estate agent. I was aware that as a smaller company this was a big ask but they got all our kit to store and then delivered it all as agreed. All the guys on the crew were great and I would definitely recommend the company as first choice. Really glad we used them and they are clearly really committed to quality service.
