Tash offers a fantastic service! She takes the worry out of choosing a removalist. By listening to my needs and knowing her teams and industry so well, she made sure I had the prefect removalist for my move from Melbourne to Brisbane. She answered all my questions, made sure I had a small truck due to access issues at pickup, gave me advice, and made me feel completely comfortable with all my worldly possessions being loaded on a truck.

Robert and his offsider were professional, friendly, careful and efficient. They sent me a photo of everything delivered safely to my storage unit, as I could not be there on delivery. Everything arrived in perfect condition.

Avoid Avoid!!!!

Tash who delegates some very rough and aggressive staff/removalists that have no consideration for your goods.

When she can’t answer you she’ll give you the drivers number , and he always ‘knows nothing’ . They will get to you when it suits them . They always had a truck that broke down, bad traffic , flat tyre etc don’t tell Tash she gets her commission and couldn’t care less. Try complaining and the packer will smash your goods and Tash will say ‘ did you get private insurance if not too bad no responsibility !! I could write pages of unprofessional behaviour by this company. They are on par in terms of cost with other companies. Forwarded is forearmed!!!! Tash is also broker for other companies so I suggest you check that there is no relationship .

I was blown away by Tash and her service. I am anal and in logistics myself so I kept asking questions about everything and she responded to every single email in detail, every concern and made it sress free. The removalists were amazing both ends, my daughter was doing it on her own but they went above and beyond. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tash and her team and the cost was much less than other companies.

- The contractors in Sydney were 5 hours late to pick up our furniture
- We were not given accurate consignment details to trace our things.
- Our stuff arrived in twice over the time advised, causing considerable frustration and stress, as well as expense since we had to rebuy items to get by.
- Our stuff arrived smelling of some weird, rotten chemical that took weeks, a fortune in cleaning products and water cost, to remove from our couch, mattress and fabrics, despite the boxes being lined. The contractors would not admit to causing the horrible smell.
- The back of our fridge has been kicked, our kettle is broken and our washing machine door is also broken.
- During this time we were never given any updates or communicated with on delays, timing or where our stuff was unless we called in multiple times a day. The contractors were avoiding our phone numbers and lying about time frames. We were given no updates of any validity until we threatened to go to consumer affairs.
- We have never been compensated for the stress caused by the lack of communication and customer service or the damage done to our things.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Although the company itself is a conduit the contractors they use are completely irresponsible, unprofessional and unable to provide the service advertised to any sort of reasonable standard.

Do not be enticed by less expensive quotes from this company. You will pay for it later in stress. Sub contracter was over four days late to collect due to weather, somewhat understandable but no alternative solution offered and communication was atrocious. I was constantly chasing for updates and getting nowhere. Sub contractor didn’t even have a record of my booking when I rang to confirm. Delivered a day later than arranged which resulted in me having to arrange emergency accommodation for the night as I was counting on my furniture delivery. If you don’t care when your furniture is collected or delivered and don’t mind chasing people constantly, this service would be fine. To their credit all my goods arrived undamaged. When I requested a refund as compensation both for the delay and the poor customer service, I was told to read the conditions of the contract repeatedly. Fortunately for me, I am a lawyer! The standard contract allows for them to effectively pick up and deliver when ever suits them but penalized the consumer for doing the same. It is clearly unfair under the ACL as a standard form contract. Company refused to engage in conciliation with me as well.
