Amazing job

Mike and Chris have done an amazing job for our international move. It was not an easy task with a lot of steps but they did it perfectly and with the smile. We are really satisfied and we highly recommend them.

Everything went perfect!

After reading lots of reviews and contacting many removals companies I decided to choose France removals and I couldn't have done a better choice! Excellent costumer service, Leo answered all my questions promptly. For the moving and the delivery, André was our guy. Also, very friendly and professional. All our things were collected and delivered as scheduled. What we payed for the removal was what it was quoted, no extra costs as I read some other companies may do. I highly recommend them!

Move to The Alps.

The service was excellent from start to finish. Leo was very helpful, kept us fully informed and coordinated the move with great efficiency. This was not an easy task as we had furniture being delivered to the storage facility from several places, as well as a load being picked up from our house, which all needed to fit onto the one lorry going down to The Alps. Everything arrived in good condition and on time - a big thank you to Gabriel and Adrian.

Not goood.

I thought that hiring France Removals would be a smooth and easy process but how wrong was I?! The company arrived late and almost ruined our chances of getting to our new property on time on moving day, which the property seller was not too happy about and was angry at me for despite the fact that it was nothing to do with me personally! The team of staff were very unfriendly and really gave us the cold treatment which I was not happy about especially after they have ruined so much of my stuff already! To sum up I am disappointed, angry and upset at what has gone on! The only thing that attracts people to use this company, in my opinion is the cost but I'd prefer to have a stressfree experience instead of some cheap lousey removals.

A hassel free move.

We have moved three times within th UK in the past whith numerous problems, so trying a different company company to take us to France was a big risk. Normaly at this point I would be wrighting to complain but with Vortex we had great service from pickup to delivery and everything was on time. services and packing materials were all included provided by Vortex transport. I have no problem in recomending the service recived.

I am already getting together a second shipment with France Removals.  Their promptness in replying to emails, prompt delivery, professionalism and competitive pricing makes them the best shipping company that we have ever used.
They carefully wrapped our unit for safe delivery and were really helpful bringing it into the house and upstairs, which I would not have been able to do alone.

Satisfaction with the service.

We got in touch with France removals on a Friday afternoon. Got a quote back the same day, which we accepted over the phone. The paperwork was minimal and we organized the pick up for the following Tuesday in Did-cot near Oxford at 14h and our furniture was delivered the next day in Geneva at 17h. An extremely efficient service. The price of £420 was correct and communication was excellent. Relaxed yet very professional. We can highly recommend this firm for furniture removal to France and Switzerland from the UK.

Excellent service.

We hired France removals to move our belongings from the UK to France. Leo was great to work with, he made the organising of our move easy and was very obliging when we had a last minute change of date. The removal men arrived on time. They were very friendly, well mannered and helpful. Our belongings arrived in France the very next day, no damage or lost items and again the removal men were lovely. Our whole experience with France Removals was excellent and made the move very easy. Will be using them again for sure on our move back.

Last minute London man van Islington-Earls Court.

I've called France Removals the day before for a last minute move in the evening, although was raining the man with van ( I think Jonny)arriving at 5pm in Islington, everything went smooth and no hiccups, the job was completled in less than 3 hours , their van was clean and the man was wearing the companiy's t-shirt, was clean , I'll be moving to my new place in 2 months and definetely use them again.
