At the beginning, a lot of things didn't work, the viewing appointment was postponed for the time being, when it worked out on the second appointment, with the viewing I was personally very impressed by the appearance. I decided on FiLu services, but then the boxes were also delivered to me late, but it was due to the supplier who had a lot of deliveries and got through the traffic (I was told that way.)
The team was very punctual on the day of the move, which I did not expect. The move went smoothly from the first floor to a house, we had a total of 38 cubic meters.
The team started at 9:00 a.m. and the move was finished at 7:00 p.m. For these conditions, the route and etc. it was a great time, I was very satisfied.
My bedroom was dismantled / reassembled without any defects and there was no damage. To be honest, I wanted to deduct 1 star, but after the performance you can leave the delays in the background.
We can really recommend FiLu services. Kudos to the team.

Filu Services is a very friendly and helpful company. Unfortunately, our 4-person move with a distance of over 600 KM was a size too big for the company. The relocation volume was clearly underestimated, so that another Sprinter was made available after discussions, and at noon it was still believed that everything would be fine.

The correct assessment of the volume is essential at such a distance and, in my opinion, with the reason why one affords a professional. The firm has a different view here. Too bad.
Although the employees were very careful when packing, probably due to the lack of space, the furniture in the van was then parked in such a way that all kinds of damage occurred.
I can therefore only recommend the company if several trips are possible and these additional costs are also included in the comparison offers.

At the beginning I chose a different company that was cheaper. Ms. Neto Matos was able to convince me and I canceled with the other company and booked the move with Filu. After moving, I was very happy with my decision, everything worked out wonderfully.
It was loaded properly, there was nothing to complain about apart from two small scratches on a dresser. The team was organized and hardworking.
Not too much was promised. I can only recommend this company.

In terms of price, FiLu was in the middle of 7 other companies.
The move was straightforward and straightforward.
As agreed, the boxes were delivered a few days before the move, so we had enough time to pack them. The boxes smelled a bit of smoke when they were delivered, so we let them air out for another 2-3 days.
On the day of the move, everything went well organized and quickly.
At some point I was told that there were more things than had been shown during the tour, I found that a bit disturbing, because it wasn't like that. But it was not elaborated on either.
Afterwards there was a small damage to a door frame in the new house. But nothing wild. A later problem with the door from the floating cabinet was completely uncomplicated and dealt with to the fullest satisfaction.
I already recommended the company to friends and at the beginning of June friends with FiLu moved, the good experiences and the unproblematic handling were confirmed.
Gladly again!

I hired the company FILU to carry out my move.
Mr. Neto Matos had advised me best and with a lot of specialist knowledge during the viewing appointment.
Every time I asked, I got a quick and competent answer. That made me feel very good the entire time.
I booked the move by phone! An employee in the office kindly asked me to do this again in writing by email. - Good thing I did that too! Before I got the order confirmed, I was offered two payment options.
- Prepayment (receipt of payment no later than the day of the move)
- 30% deposit (prepayment) 70% cash!
I opted for the 2 payment options and there were no problems here either.
The team arrived punctually on the day of the move and started following a work instruction from the foreman.
There were also no problems with unloading, on the contrary, they even repaired a chest of drawers for me free of charge, which was a bit broken.
I was very satisfied with the process, the advice and the result of my move.
