Don't go for this company.

Found this company to be expensive, we booked them for 1pm and they arrived at 3.30pm, at which point I had moved most of our belongings from the flat to the street. We did not get a courtesy call to say they are running late at any point and we had to call them and found it difficult to get anyone on the phone. The men that arrived worked hard and moved our belongings well, they had finished in 2hrs30 and insisted on charging us for the whole hour so total 165. We would've thought that because they kept us waiting for so long they might have offered a small discount but instead we were charged a full hour for half hours work. We have used better and cheaper companies and won't be using this one again.

Very Good Service.

We used Fast Interior Removals in our 2 last moves and the result was excellent. They were very fast and accurate quoting, friendly, realiable and there were no hidden costs. Their people were really punctual and work extremely hard. They were very careful with our furniture and always with a smile in their faces. I would use them again if I had to move.

The price was very competitive – slightly less than half the highest.   We had significant problems with other buyers and sellers and had to delay the expected move date a couple of times and by more than 5 weeks.  Fast Interior Removals were very understanding and cooperative and still managed to accommodate our final date, despite its obviously not being easy.   Throughout Fast Interior Removals were very gracious with their responses and maintained good and friendly communications with us.   On the day of the move, they arrived promptly, and packed everything very competently, efficiently and swiftly.  We then had problems with the money of the sale being transferred, and there was a delay before Fast Interior Removals could unload.  They bore this with equanimity and graciousness.   Finally in the unloading the gang worked hard and again very competently.  All the property was safely unloaded into the house with no damage nor loss.  Saqib, the team leader was very anxious to ensure that I carried out a thorough inspection of the removal van to ensure that everything had been unloaded and there were no items left.   Al-in-all I am very happy with Fast Interior Removals’ performance throughout and am most grateful for their tolerance and understanding during the difficult period when we were trying to arrange the move.  Above all, I thought the performance of the removal gang on the day of the move, from packing through to unloading, was exemplary.  I am enormously grateful for the help and support of Fast Interior Removals, and would unhesitatingly recommend their use to others.

Brilliant service!

You never know how much to believe online reviews but I have to say that the whole service from Fast Interiors from start to finish was brilliant. Our removal guys turned up bang on time and made the whole moving process incredibly easy for us. Also, they both had an excellent sense of humour which helped us relax despite the normal stresses of moving. I will have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone I know who is looking to move.

The worst removal experience, not recommended.

We booked the move for 12 and at 12.30 called by Fast Interior Removals to advise that the driver will be an hour late as he had another job inbetween. 3 Hours later and a good 10 calls inbetween we have stil not moved. We were told lies about traffic jam and given very unrealistic timeframes that were never fullfilled. At the end We had to cancel the job and use another removal company. So we would definitely not recommend using this company.

House move.

Really great service!
The team made it really stress free! They turned up, blitzed the packing and unloaded efficiently the other end. They really helped us as well by helping us clear our new property of old unwanted furniture and even helped organise dropping boxes off to us ahead of the move for bits we wanted to pack. I really don't know what else you could want from a removal company! Would highly recommend!

Fantastic move.

Excellent price and extremely helpful and service minded staff. I am so impressed with the quick and great help. Movers showed up on time, dismantled the furniture and loaded the truck very quickly. Both were extremely helpful and polite and I have never experienced a better moving company before. Nothing was damaged or scratched and at the new house they placed all boxes in the correct rooms and re-assembled the furniture.

Great service.

They have done brilliant job. Very fast and very professional. Nothing was damaged and left. They put everything in right order and location.
They arrived on time and made packing. It took 6 hours from very beginning. All glassware were packed properly. They took care when they were assembling and reassembling the furniture and asked us where we wanted every piece of furniture to be put.
We highly recommend this company.

Move from Surrey to Wiltshire.

These guys were brilliant, I was really impressed with their speed, good humour and efficiency. Not one single thing was broken or damaged, everything went smoothly, and they were so nice and helpful. They are a bit rough and ready - so if you want a removal company with uniforms and smart vans with logos on the sides, they probably aren't for you - they look dodgy as anything and the van didn't look like it would make it to the end of the road!
But they were brilliant and I'd highly recommend them to anyone, especially as they were on average a lot cheaper than most of the other quotes I got.
