Easy move

Had to call up on another company since the one I booked did not show up. These guys came a bit late from what I was promised but the job was done on the day or within the day actually since the guys worked until 9 pm. All went good, no missing items so I am glad with the company

HORRENDOUS SERVICES

Absolutely HORRENDOUS service! They have the worst customer service and do not care about people. They stored our furniture at their container site, we requested it to be delivered to our new place on 19 August, we paid days in advance for the service, received a confirmation that at 1pm they will be with us. At 1pm we started to contact them, we tried for hours to contact them but there was no response, eventually at 3pm we get a call to say our stuff will not be delivered, with no further explanation. We have a 15 month child and she had to sleep on the floor, we had nowhere to go. we tried to get hold of someone on Saturday and Sunday... So much for a 24/7 call centre. FINALLY on Monday at midday i got hold of someone who told me my stuff would be delivered on Tuesday at 1pm, I confirmed the time twice to check 1pm as i would have to arrange childcare because my husband was out of town and they sent a confirmation message to say between 1pm and 2pm. I called again at 3pm to confirm that hte movers will be with me at 1pm and they said yes. I tried to call all morning today to confirm the movers are on their way, finally at 11:45am i got through and I am informed that the movers will only be with me much later in the day, after having arranged childcare from 1pm to 3pm, i am told they will only arrive at around 4pm!!! SHAMBOLIC!!!

the reason they have good reviews is because they delete all the bad reviews. all my comments on instagram were deleted because they don't want to show everyone how appauling their service is. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Quick hasslefree service

I booked Fantastic removals for my recent home move and was seriously impressed by the service provided. I got a call on the day to check if they can come slightly earlier. I expected it to take forever to load the van however within 1 hour everything was done and everything was delivered to the new address in perfect condition. They delivered everything to the correct room meaning I could crack on with unpacking straight away. Would definitely use them again.

Amazing Job

Have just used Fantastic Removals London this morning, to move house and was very happy with the service. Managed to fit everything in to the Luton van and the two guys were extremely efficient and professional. I've never seen anyone lift and move heavy objects so quickly, we got the whole job done in under 3 hours when it would have taken me the whole day. Recommended!

Removal from hell.

We had our move over 3mobths ago, the service was appalling, they lost all our furniture fittings, they never finished the job, they dumped all boxes into one room, wanted to charge me for extra days when everything should have been completed within 2 days and only offered £100 discount (broken items equated to over £600).

They would not come back to rectify the issues or replace broken items.

As a result they have threatened to take me court if I don’t make payment!

Payment made, court proceedings, trading standards process to begin this week..

Bushey (Hertfordshire) to Dovercourt (Essex).

Removal company seemed ok at the beginning, paid £1170 plus an extra £50 for some extra insurance as we have glass furniture, removal van broke down on the day (that can happen anytime) they got here in the end, when we unwrapped all our glass furniture three items were broken, smashed/cracked, when we made a claim with photos that they asked for they said they wasn’t paying out because in their terms & conditions they never wrapped it, everything was bubble wrapped by professional wrappers, I emailed them back explaining I didn’t think this was fair, as I also had to hire a van the day after because they couldn’t get everything in their vans, the van cost me £100 + £50 diesel, as of yet they’ve not even responded to me, company seemed very genuine but let there selves down big time, I paid them £1220 & they couldn’t even be bothered to reply to my emails, best I leave it there.

Turned up on the day, then decided they didn't want to do it

Fantastic Removals turned up on the day, but then decided the parking available was not close enough to do the job. They only needed to move the contents of a one bed flat 100 meters down the road, but after an hour of them complaining about parking (despite being directly opposite my front door) they decided to cancel the job and left me stranded on my moving day without having moved a box. They drove off while I was trying to discuss a solution with their manager over the phone. They refunded the job, but the outcome was not acceptable. I ended up using another company who completed the job without any issues.

Lack of transparency and responsibility

I have moved with this company and customer service has been dismal. When a valuable item went missing, they took no responsibility at all.

Brilliant job

Price worth it!

Fantastic Removals sent 6 people with 3 vans to do my full house move. They brought boxes, did all the packing, the transportations and the unpacking. Everything was done with such care and really professionally. I felt such a relief because they followed all of my requests and didn`t have to do anything else except to guide them where to place furniture or in which cabinets to place the dishes. Totally worth it
