Gateway2Conveyancing have provided very good communication, prompt replies and are very professional in their responses. They have provided sensible information and advice and supported in any queries made about the purchase. I can fully recommend them and have been impressed with the service.

Gateway 2 Converyancing have been great, they have an online portal so you track the progress of the sale/purchase, this also allows you to upload documentation which is much quicker than posting. You can also request an update with out even picking up the phone.

When I was looking for a solicitor for my first home purchase, I came across Dudden Law and I chose them because they gave me the cheapest quote and they are close to where I live but I wasn't sure whether I made the right decision because cheapest doesn't always mean quality. Paul handled my case and we completed the contract in about 6 weeks. I was very happy with the professionalism and the service provided by Dudden Law, especially Paul's. When the seller's solicitor wasn't responding to our queries, Paul made sure to chase them, and got responses quickly. Paul would always reply to my emails in just a few minutes and is always available to talk on the phone if I wanted to. I honestly haven't met any other professional as responsive as him. If it wasn't for the delay caused by the seller's solicitor, we could have completed the contract in record time. I would happily go back to them if I ever need services of a solictor and will definitely recommend them to my friends.
