In August we had to move from Oberursel to Hanover. More precisely: 2 apartments should be merged into one. Even the viewing of both apartments was uncomplicated, friendly and fast. The number of boxes was initially underestimated a bit, but that was the only point I would "criticize". The packaging was delivered to both addresses on the agreed date (we packed the boxes ourselves). The offer was structured and easy to understand and was there the next day! Unlike 4 other offers we got, the caravan made a fixed price offer. The consumer advice center states that additional costs of between 15 and 20 percent compared to the cost estimate are acceptable if, for example, the removal distances are longer, etc. Of course, that can get really expensive again. In our case, the additional claim came one day after the move and was only 2 percent. So the calculation was really good and there was certainly a little more to disassemble than was noted during the inspection. During the inspection, Mr. Ott promised us that both apartments would be completely cleared out on Monday (in one day!) and the truck including the trailer would be unloaded again in Hanover on Tuesday. Well, that sounded pretty sporty, I thought... Punctually at 8 o'clock on Monday the people of the caravan were there. They had to load about 70 boxes and dismantle some (large) furniture. Everything that we did not pack ourselves because it was too bulky was packed by the caravan staff. The furniture and furniture parts were also packed with bubble wrap and additional shrink wrap. By 11 a.m. the apartment was empty. For the 2nd apartment (60 boxes, furniture and dismantling) they only needed 2 hours. Insanity! The caravan staff were excellently organised, fast and very friendly. Fast .... yes, because they were in Hanover at 08:00 the next morning and started unloading. By 2:00 p.m., the truck and trailer were empty, the furniture was reassembled and in the right place, and the boxes were where they should be. By the way, not a single part broke. Why did we choose the caravan? We compared 5 offers. The caravan was the only company to submit a fixed-price offer. The staff were really good, friendly and competent. Then we also consulted the online reviews. And in terms of rating and price, the caravan was way ahead. In retrospect, I can only confirm that. That's how I wanted to move. I didn't expect it to go so smoothly :-) We can recommend the caravan with a clear conscience.

Have already moved with this company three times. The first two were okay with the third move, but I was very disappointed, even though I had some confidence in this company.

The employees needed a lot of time for a small move. The overtime was then billed to me.

The cooperation between the employees didn't work either. Apparently they just didn't feel like it.

After the move, the employees of the moving company freshened up my bathroom in such a way that I then had to clean the bathroom. They probably thought my apartment was a hotel.

Overall very poor performance. Will never move again with this company and I would advise anyone against it.

Can only advise against this company.
The packing of the moving good looked pretty good and professional. The load securing, however, could have been better. When the truck drove off with the door open (the door could not be closed directly in the parking position) the first objects fell over. But we were lucky that nothing was broken.
We only had our cupboard set up and taken down (otherwise only transport from A to B). At first glance, the cabinet was easy to dismantle and dismantle. But only at first glance. The sliding doors were not inserted correctly so that we could completely install and remove the doors ourselves.
Furthermore, the first time the drawer was pulled out, it came directly towards us.
The movers have acted very skillfully here. Have demonstrated the function of the cabinet and then have it signed directly that everything is OK. Therefore, as a recommendation, check the function yourself that would have been the faulty assembly.
The damage to the wall (black sting) that was caused during construction was simply downplayed with a because the painter has to come back and not recorded as a defect.
The culmination came at the end. The lovely team had forgotten to unload our tool case because they thought my tool case was their own. I then received the tool case back by post approx. 4 days later.
I can therefore only advise against this unprofessional company. For so much money, such bad service and so much trouble. No thanks never again !!

Slept bad days before the move and worried whether alkes will work.
Then the truck with trailer is in front of the door and a friendly team enters your apartment, starts packing everything and then everything will be fine.
Georg's team always has a joke in store and works confidently and focused.

The move took place from the Wetterau district to the Main-Kinzig district.
I can only say that everything went really well. A list was drawn up on site a few weeks in advance and no stopping signs were put up 3 days in advance. The caravan staff were very polite and friendly. They packed the relocation goods at breakneck speed, pushed nothing over the floor, neither in the old nor in the new apartment. The furniture was packed and protected, loaded into the truck and secured. In the new apartment everything came into its place, the construction went like clockwork.
The employees were extremely nice and polite, they covered the floors and asked if something was unclear. I am thrilled !!
Price-performance ratio is right here. THANK YOU :-).

We moved the caravan within the city. Right from the start, the advice was thorough and personally pleasant: We were very easy to reach by phone and we were called back immediately. It is impressive how exactly Mr. Körn's estimate matched the actual (box) requirement!
The move was actually planned for two days. When it became clear that it could be done in one day, the team was flexibly expanded at short notice, so that in some cases 9 employees handled our move. The work was clearly structured, the employees very helpful and flexible.
There was no damage during the move. The type of payment was also convincing: the first half was transferred in advance, the second half of the money on account after the move. So no more or less cheated money handover at the curb - and no increases in the previously agreed price.
Sure, quality has its price. What was promised was kept.
We can only recommend the caravan as a professional and reliable moving company!

Our move from Frankfurt to Düsseldorf with the caravan was absolutely satisfactory. The staff were very friendly, punctual and very careful with the removal goods. The time estimated in the calculation for loading / unloading of 9 hours was observed. The fixed price of € 2,450 agreed in advance was also the invoice amount. I do not consider it tragic that the weather caused a little soiling of a chair cushion despite careful packing of the furniture. In the end, there was no other reason for a complaint. We can only recommend the caravan to everyone!

The caravan convinced me from the first contact and I was not disappointed.
Friendly appointments, prompt viewing and quick cost estimates.
Cardboard boxes came on my 3 weeks notice and were delivered promptly.
The friendly trio arrived on time on the day of the move and everyone was competent and careful with my furniture. Loading the truck was quick.
The destination was reached a little later due to a lot of traffic, but here, too, all three were motivated and committed to equipping my new apartment with furniture and cardboard boxes.
The wardrobe and bed were set up professionally and quickly, and the furniture was placed in the desired location.
Unloading was on time and there is really nothing to complain about.
The price of 1750 € including the dismantling and assembly, the long distance and the transport of 40 boxes, furniture of a 55 square meter apartment plus washing machine and cellar .. is reasonable and I would recommend the company to everyone.
