Delay in delivering

Hi , I have booked my cargo for shifting from Qatar to Brisbane (Australia). I have very bad experience with Delight International. The amount paid by me to them was not paid to end services at Australia and my cargo got hold for 1 month at Brisbane port due to the delay caused by Delight. They have pathetic service from collection till end and no response to any message or phone calls. Just got fed up and writing this review. Just avoid this company.

They do a good job and take things seriously. It’s like a company from the “good old days” when customer satisfaction was actually taken seriously. So I recommend choosing this company over any other moving one because not only will they do a good job but you will also be helping to support one of the only good moving companies left in the world.

International move Qatar to KSA

Will add hidden charges which they will not explain or be able to justify and try to charge twice for delivery. If you don't pay, they will withhold your goods until you pay exaggerated rates. Handed over 2 vehicles for export which we have still not received after 6 months. If you request quotations for extra items, they will refuse to provide and then send an invoice with no justification of costs.

Do not use to international moves

We used delight to move furniture from UAE to UK and as they use a third party at the Uk end it was worst service we have received. They won’t reassemble any furniture or

Unpack. They come up with a number or reasons why and then wanted to charge extra. Even thou it was included in the service we paid for. They even almost delivered boxes for another delivery.

We are not satisfied with this moving company. Unfortunately, our sofa broke during transport. And off course, it can happen. They say they didn't. The handling of this complaint did not go well. In the end, they did not proceed to compensation. Damage Item: 8.000 Dhs.

Excellent service.

When I had to move out from Dubai to London I was looking for an affordable removals agent with good reputation.After getting quotes from 3 different agents,I found the quote for the sea cargo by Delight Intl Movers to be quite affordable.The service provided by them was quite prompt and excellent.The packing was done with high quality materials and utmost care was taken to pack the fragile items.The same care was taken when delivering the goods in London.Hence I can recommend this company for both domestic and international movings.

DO NOT USE

Be warned! Shocking customer service..items simply gone ‘missing’ upon arrival.

Their team take photos at time of packing , yet these also seem to go missing, and they do not take detailed inventory.

Seems they do this so they don’t have to accept responsibility for losing items.

Also one fo the worst customer service representatives I've ever experienced..rude, disrespect for you the client and takes an age to respond with simply tasks.

Unfortunately seems the overall service deniers of this company is as bad as the customer service

Be WARNED - plenty other negative reviews, I should have taken notice.
