Long-distance move from Dartford, Kent to London, Greater London

Excellent service.

We used DEE and DEE removals for our recent move from Dartford to Walderslade. We are extremely pleased with their service. We had the packing service prior to the move. This was carried out professionaly, all items packed well, and wrapped accordingly and boxes labelled. The packer was polite and professional and had very good customer service. On moving day the team arrived on time and got on with the work. My wife was at home on her own on moving day and the moving team were very helpful. Care was taken during loading of our items. On unloading the movers experienced several issues with getting items in to the property (sofa's) they were brilliant. They used there experince and knowledge to be able to partially dismantal the sofa's with our permission get them in and reassemble to a very satisfactory condition. (would not of noticed). Again as my wife was alone with our son they were helpfull and considerate, and helped to reassemle some items for her. Overall very professional, helpfull and also importantly had genuine customer service unlike other companies where the lads turn up, load the lorry, deliver unload and go. I would highly recommend DEE and DEE. Oh and the price was reasonable to, pretty much on par with the national named companies, if not a bit cheaper, but I got the customer care and service with DEE and DEE.
