Very attentive up until we signed up, then when we had issues, not at all. We had issues, lost /stolen items and they stopped contacting us. Couldn’t sleep in our bed on first night in new home as the mattress was soaking wet !?L Told removals van would be in our new area from noon the next day, turned up after 6pm so the unpack was VERY fast, haphazard. Stole / lost our hoover, reported only to be told it “was seen being loaded in to the customers vehicle”….that vehicle being a MOTORBIKE?! Ok!! Paid for wardrobes to be built, we had to rebuild them as they didn’t work!! Shambles!!

Daniel Adams had moved us abroad and were great initially, quoting us for a return move to the UK for the same load and being helpful about finding a suitable removal date. Sadly, they did not inform us to expect a small removal van from a third country, which caused anxiety for us. Items were left behind when the crew drove off without telling us, adding to our worries. When we unpacked our belongings after Daniel Adams delivered them out of storage 5 months ago, some items were damaged, which can happen in a removal. What should not have happened, is that many phone calls and emails asking for reasonable compensation went unanswered until I said that I would leave negative feedback. Then I was offered compensation on condition of not leaving feedback. When I accepted the compensation amount, but said that I would leave feedback, I was threatened with legal action and told that I would now not get any compensation. I have since asked for compensation again, given that the removal offer stated that the move would be fully insured and items did get left behind and others damaged. I have still not received any compensation and can therefore not recommend this company.

I have taken Daniel Adams to Court for damages to furniture made during removal as they would not pay. They just do not respond. I won the court case and Daniel Adams have a County Court Judgement(CCJ) against them for £3500. I am currently using a High Court Writ to get the money but they are very slippery as there is no physical office. Do not use this Company as they do not use a registered insurance company to insure your contents and they will not pay out. I am currently using a Bailiff to collect the money but even they are struggling to find them as they use their Accountants office as their address. Stay well away.

Do not even think about using Daniel Adams Removals

Like many other customers this company has treated me disgracefully.

A Gentleman came round to do quote, saw and told him of everything that was to be relocated, including loft and garden. Duly received and accepted the quote and paid price. Prior to main day of removal, removal company turns up with 1 van, a van you would not empty one room in to, which proved to be the case. Loaded up went and said would empty van at depot, come back tomorrow. Come next day and 2 vans turned up. Again 1 van loaded and said going back to depot and empty van then come back. We now have 2 x van loads of items at their depot. Time was moving on rapidly, and the second van was now loaded and left for our new address. Other van still not returned, so left a good friend to oversee the last items to be loaded when van arrived. Half way to new address removal company phones mobile and tells me that unless I pay a further £954, they will not deliver anything , and will not do so until money is paid, and paid by bank transfer only. Was told that we had many more items to be relocated than were shown to them when doing quote. This is simply NOT TRUE. They do this removal game every day, it does not take rocket science to tell you that 3 small vans will not accommodate all items of a 4-bed house with loft / garden items to go as well. Hindsight a wonderful thing, but paid the money as I felt I had no choice in order to get my belongings. Continued phone calls from driver of van now already at new address threatening to leave if we did not arrive soon, although contract states no penalty charge until midnight of day of moving. It was 6pm. We arrived van unloaded, 2nd van arrived, unloaded but refused to take anything upstairs. Said they would be back tomorrow. Came back, now day 3 from 1st van arriving, unloaded and took a minimal number of items upstairs, left me to finish. Subsequently unpacked and found many items, missing and / or damaged. Phoned / emailed company many times, but Director Mr. Razman Hussain does not have the balls to reply. They claim to have insurance, but still will not pay. Fast forward and now have County Court Judgement in my Favour and Warrant of Control, but still unable to find him, yet the company is still trading. The company does NOT have any vans of its own, does NOT have insurance. was hoping to avoid this review and sort amicably, but that, to date, has not happened, so we move on. This company owes many thousands of pounds to many unfortunate customers, please, please do not join that list

After a long story with this company, I now have a CCJ against them but they do not have an office as such. They have a virtual office and the other address is their accountant, so no papers can be served. They are happy to take your money but when it all goes wrong, they ignore you and then generally threaten you with court for defamation of the company or their staff.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - USE A PROPERLY REGISTERED COMPANY AND ONE WITH A PHYSICAL OFFICE.

Recently used Daniel Adams Removals for a complete removals service including packing and moving our 5 bedroom home, this was carried out across two days, the team were fantastic could not do enough to help they were extremely careful with our belongings and completed the job in a timely manner, Emma in the office was very polite and helpful, always on hand for any queries we had. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional removals service.

The Guys at Daniel Adams moved us last week to our new home, we had a long stressful waiting process for our new build and kept putting dates back, these guys were so understanding and helpful, we finally got our date at short notice and they managed to fit us in, the moving day was a breeze thanks to the team we had, from the first enquiry through to the completion of the move Daniel Adams were fantastic! 100% will be our first call for any future moving needs should we have them! Thanks Team!
