Lost and damaged our belongings.
Moved us out okay by lorries into storage and into a container.
Moving in was shocking.
Arrived late and had numerous items damaged and lost.
Did not compensate for damage when promised.
Entered a court action against them but have since changed their name but are still trading under a slightly different name.
They are not a company anyone should choose as their workmanship is so shoddy.
It is worth paying more for a completely reputable company.
Definitely do not choose a company that handles your belongings from lorries to containers and back again.
Choose a company that loads your belongings into crates and straight into a warehouse for storage.

We had previously moved with a Removals firm a few years ago and my gosh it was awful everything about them. This time we were skeptical about moving but due to my wife being ill we had no choice. A local estate agent in Luton recommended DAC Removals & Storage LTD was worth a shot. A lady named Abbey came around and quoted us, I have to say to see a female within removals was amazing. She left our property in Aylesbury and within 2 hours we received the quote. Tick! 2 days later another lady called to check we had the quote and did we need anything or have any questions she too was polite and patient with my doubt in removal companies and I will say it again tick and guess what another female within the team. Tick!
On the day of removal, they arrived on time and were very polite and patient with us even though we were not entirely organized. Everything went smoothly and we cannot thank them enough. You have restored our faith in Removals and should we ever move again we will definitely be in touch.
I wish the team all the best and thank you for our lovely new home card that came in the post signed by the team (a lovely personal touch). Tick!

We were in desperate need of a removals company that could book us in at short notice due to pressure down the chain. On top of that, completion date was due to land on the August Bank Holiday weekend and every removal company we'd contacted were booked. Safe to say I was very stressed at this point and dreading the worst. DAC Removals LTD were recommended to us by a local estate agents in Luton. I cannot fault them, they were absolutely fantastic and really put me at ease. Courteous and professional all the way through. They were also very flexible as our sale and purchase were a week apart, so we received quotes including and excluding storage and in the end, we also asked them to store our furniture as well as collect and deliver. Abbey was lovely and her team were all professional and hard-working. I would definitely recommend them.

All started well, consider your options, make sure your they fully understand your needs and what you have to move. DAC arranged a pre-move day load which went well. Promised 5 people at10.30 2 turned up as 10.45 followed hour later by 3 more people. this caused a knock on effect at the other end we finally vacated at 5.30. Luckily Our buyers were not moving in on the same day. DAC asked for my feedback I have given them my honest opinion it was not DAC's finest hour. They may refute and defend the events of the day that's their choice, this is my brief version. You will notice as with most moving companies they refer to the terms and conditions constantly I read them and complied but when your asked to sign off at the end of the day sign it with a caveat after all you never know what you will find after they have gone. Why three stars its not all bad, some of the staff are troopers, they worked hard they ultimately moved us into our house. Just be prepared DAC when you ask for feedback.
