DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....Isabelle (cell 647-792-9130) was very friendly and helpful BUT they were a no show and didn't provide any notice. I provided an e-transfer of $300.00 deposit (note they did request a larger deposit - this was max I said I would give), they sent me an email confirmation with scheduled move date. The day before the move I tried contacting them to confirm timing only to get a full voicemail box and bounce back on the email address. They left us high and dry in the last minute. STAY AWAY from this firm.

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $300

Hope everyone can avoid using their company, never. I never saw such an unprofessional and fake company like this. My wife and I were planning to move from Ottawa to Montreal in early May, and at that time we posted a quote request online and the company contacted us with a very positive attitude. We told the company that our room type was one bedroom and sent them pictures of the home so they could quote us. After they looked at all our furniture, they gave us a quote of $900. So we booked a moving service with them on May 31 and paid them a $200 deposit. After receiving the deposit, they never contacted us, and when we called them again, no one answered the phone. We didn't finally get in touch with them until the day before the move. Our scheduled time was 10:00 in the morning on the 31st, and we delayed the call until 12:00, but on the day of the move, they arrived at our house around 8:00 and kept calling us, disturbing our rest. In fact, before we moved, we had already packed all the items and boxes by ourselves, and no one helped us pack the things, they were only responsible for moving the things. But they put our stuff in their own box without our permission and used that as a reason to charge us $45 per carton. Except for the first time, we bought a sofa cover from uhaul, but they still used their own sofa cover and charged us. All this without telling us in advance. At the same time they moved our furniture to the car and they overcharged the long distance move by $100. After that, their movers told us that the total price was less than 1,000. We have to pay before they drive our furniture. Then their office guy called us and told us the total price was $3500, unbelievable! I haven't seen the actual weight at all, and many of the charging items in their bills are not clear, and there are a lot of hidden fees. We found out that they also wrote a $100 fee as $700, they did it on purpose, and if we didn't see it, we would have been overcharged by $600. Their office told us that if we didn't pay within 10 minutes, they would send our furniture to their warehouse, and they gonna charge us around $300 per day for storage. This is completely a scam, we finally paid them $3000, around 4 times more than their quote! and they threatened us, seriously, I can't believe what they did. By the way, we also paid them tips before they send us actual invoice, how ridiculous ? After they arrived our new home, they performed very unprofessionally, they have 3 guys to move, but they didn't lift our furnitures up and move them, they pull and drag our furnitures on the floor!! They damaged some of my floors and my furnitures, then they left, they didn't admit it at all.. It's a very bad and unfortunate story with this scam, I will definitely not hire them any any more, and I hope this review can help all others.

At the beginning, I took pictures of all the furniture that needed to be moved and sent it for an estimate and quote. After they received it, they gave me a quote of hundreds Canadian dollars. I have packed everything myself very carefully, and they repacked my luggage with more packaging and cartons without my permission, which is superfluous and I don't understand. These packages cost dozens of Canadian dollars each, and each one has to add dozens of Canadian dollars as labor, which shows how expensive and useless. By the end I had to pay five to six times as much. They charge for everything they can. And as the front desk, the attitude of speaking to customers is too rude. The movers and the front desk were very rude and unprofessional, the movers dragged my furniture on the wooden floor and the floor was full of scratches and they didn't admit it. The most important thing is that my drawers, desks, daily necessities, glass products, sofas and other furniture were all ruined because of their rough moving style. I've used it for three years and it's in perfect condition, and I've tried many moving companies, and this is the first time it's broken and I can't use it. And the front desk's explanation for not moving furniture seriously is that they are human and they are also tired. I called to report the situation and the person on the phone hung up on me more than ten times and responded with a very bad tone. They promised me the contact details and how to report the situation, but to this day I have not received any. Not only did they deceive customers many times, but they also had a very bad attitude. I don't understand how this kind of company hasn't been sued, it's the most disgusting thing I've ever encountered. After paying the fee, I can never reach the customer calls, they hang up many times. Additionally, they do not reply email after you pay. Never work with this company, never try to argue with someone who is rude and don’t know how to respect.

This company I would not recommend them at all. I asked a lot of questions and was reinsured that this is the price and the extra cost would be .35 cents over the weight of my items. Gave them my deposit and the problems started. They came with an empty truck .I found out that my stuff will be the only one in this 26 foot long truck. I only had 54 boxes with clothes, glasses, shoes, kitchen stuff, towel with one pine chest and jewelry armoire. I weigh 145 lbs. placed 95 % of the boxes in the garage. They placed the boxes in the truck and then said I had 4000 lbs.. We argued about the amount because I didn’t even have 2000lbs. They threaten to threw my stuff out. I called the company and got no where. He told me that the least he could was 3000lbs. I was upset because they were trying to rip me off. Finally we got down to 2400lbs. He then told me that accounting will call to get payment. So I went from thinking about $1000 for this move. This move costed me almost $2200. The person who billed me was also threading me about not getting my items. They had my stuff as hostage. They threaten to postpone my date of delivery to 10 days if I didn’t pay this amount. They added a $550 charge and than another$250 charge on my bill. This ordeal started at 1:30 pm until almost midnight. I had to pay e transfer and problems with that too. At the end I paid cash the next day and then this moving guys told my that they could of charged me another $250 because I was moving into a condo and the had to move my stuff down the hall to get to my place. A lot more stuff happen that I didn’t write but this company are scammers. They are unprofessional and liars all of them from the people that take your calls and questions to the movers and the person you have to pay to receive you items. Total rip off. Go with a bigger moving company . I don’t know how they are still in business. A horrible experience from them picking up my items to me receiving them. I thought for sure that all my items were gone or would be broken when or if I would of received them. Buyers beware. Worst experience of my life. It deserves a negative rating.
