Winter storm move

Prompt and careful move even during the first snowstorm of the year. I felt bad for them but they were professional through and through and at half the cost quoted by most other movers I had called. Also, you can't beat the name. Will only ever call Bustamove from now on...though not hopefully for a long time from now.

Great Moving Experience

I've used Bust a Move twice now, and both have been great moving experiences. They're organized, kind, and caring of our valuables. Bust a Move charges a fair price, and the guys did a great job in getting us moved in a very timely manner! Overall great experience, highly recommend Bust a Move for any move, and although I don't plan to move again for some time, I will certainly be making a call to Bust a Move when the time does come.

Screwed me over

I called for a quote and availability. A guy answered and said they were available but still needed me to fill out the form. So I did, however, I got no email confirmation or call by the next day. So I called the day after and the sameguy answered and apologized that they forgot to send an email confirmation and now the slots are full. I asked for the earliest availability and he hung up on me.

Second time working with this company. There's no going back.

After moving for the second time in two years with Bust a Move, I can only confirm that there's no better company--and I've lived all over the world. Four young men packed up my entire apartment with striking efficiency and moved me into my new place, disassembling and reassembling large items of furniture, packing and carrying boxes filled with my 350 volume library, all of which had to be moved down two flights at my old place and up a steep flight at my new place. Huge shoutout to Ben, Simon, Michael and Jaden for a job incredibly well done. It was a pleasure.

Communication with management is superb. I received my price estimate within one day and they answered my follow up emails on the same day I sent them. I recommend Bust a Move enthusiastically and without reservation.

Surprising?

I moved with this company last October because of the wildly enthusiastic reviews. My move was anomalous, I think. The movers were nice, and friendly, but a few things: they came 40 min. early (I had a 9-9.30 am start time confirmed by phone the night before, they came at 8.20) and then charged me for the 20 minutes they waited as I frantically ran my dog to the dog-sitter, tied up loose ends etc; the mover in charge didn't have me look at the form you're supposed to look at at the start and finish - until the move was over (when I couldn't dispute the start time or the insurance I apparently bought although I've never bought moving insurance in my life); they forgot the toolbox they needed (at least they didn't charge me for the 45-min. wait); they placed several boxes upside down in the new apartment; one mover (really nice but really clumsy) crushed an art print I'd moved separately by putting a box on top of it; and a few other little things. I won't use them again personally, but I see that tons of people have had a great experience.

'Anomalous' in indeed an accurate description for your move and we're terribly sorry for this. Efficient, kind, professional, great attitude

Was very grateful to the Bust A Move team for both their efficiency and great attitude. On a day that was quite emotional for me (leaving my home that I really loved due to a repossession) I was happy to have Ben, Simon and Lucas very patiently and cheerfully get the job done. I was very appreciative of the fact that their language was professional (no swearing), they were respectful and clear in their communication. Thanks, guys!

Fantastic!

Christos, Vish & Ben helped us move into our new home and we can’t thank them enough for all their hard work! :) They were incredibly efficient, professional and overall made the whole moving process as painless as possible. Fair price for the excellent quality of the service too, it was 185/hour for 3 movers and we had an almost 5 hour move with 2 drop off destinations (was about 1150 including all taxes & etc). Highly recommend Bust A Move! :)

Smooth Move

I chose this company based on all the great reviews and they did not disappoint. From delivering our boxes to setting up our furniture they were polite and professional. I worried about them having to deal with a couple of heavy pieces but they are incredibly hard working and uncomplaining. Thanks guys for a smooth move. You saved me a lot of anxiety.

Best Move Ever!

Our team, led by Cory, was exceptional. They were kind, thoughtful, professional, fast and careful. A move I thought would take the whole day only took a few hours! I will definitely be using them again. Also, must mention the amazing support/organizational staff back at their offices, they were of the very same caliber and just a pleasure to speak to. Too bad there's only 5 stars ?

I have moved many times in my lifetime. But Bust A Move Montreal went above and beyond in all aspects of my move. The 3 guys were fun. Respectful . Efficient. They did not work too fast being careful with my possessions or too slow.... no slacking! Nice steady amicable work. The team worked well ❤ together and were very patient. I Highly recommend Bust A Move.
