House removal.

From my first contact with the removal company the service was very efficient; from the quote to the packing and finally the removal all went very smoothly.  The removal men were great to deal with.  They were smart, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I was extremely happy with the service I received and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them in the future.  I will certainly use them again.

Dreadful.

A complete joke. This York firm has been chasing me to pay an invoice that I paid five years ago. They say that they have sacked the guy responsible for gross misconduct but they still contact me. There is something very fishy going on with their accounts Dept. Very fishy indeed. Look elsewhere if you are moving from/to York.
The actual moving process was fine. They did a good job but then they charged a lot of money (which they claim they never received).

Stress free move!

I used Whitby Oliver on my recent move (which I was dreading due to the complexity of it We were moving to a new house and renting out our old oneDouble the stress!)Whitby Oliver arrived promptly and cracked on immediately. We were using the pack and unwrap service to make things easier and I must say I would NEVER move again without this. I literally walked out of my house as it was left and the following day all unpacked for me in the new house..definitely worth the very reasonably priced extra!! everything was packed well and we had no damages whatsoever..the whole process took around a day and a half which allowed me to prepare our previous house for the tenants whilst the chaps unwrapped everything in the new house .. Couldn't have run any smoother. I'm not one for really writing reviews but I felt I really wanted to mention this as anyone deliberating On whether or not they should do this most definitely should. we were both extremely satisfied with the service Whitby Oliver provided.
