I booked Brilliance Removals for our move to our new house in Bushmead. The guys arrived before time and started the job immediately. They were courteous, Well mannered and extremely Happy. Our furniture was wrapped, packed and unwrapped in our new home. They treated our belongings very carefully, and were always very polite. I cannot give enough praise to the 3 gentlemen who did our move. Such friendly People. They were extremely respectful, and their cheerful banter was Lovely to hear. I was amazed by How Well they moved heavy objects with seemingly no effort. I would recommend Brilliance Removals to anyone wanting a job Well done, with Great efficiency. Than you so much for your Service. You Really know your job.

After days of trying to contact the company, they finally answered my call the day before pick up was scheduled and said they were unavailable to come. They managed to send someone from the company who wasn't a professional removalist. When the truck arrived in WA, the unpack was extremely rushed. I was not given time to count the items but I was told to sign the sheet because they had another appointment and assured me everything was there. They also unloaded someone else belongings which I noted and put back on the truck. Three months later I finally moved into a new apartment. When I unpack I found that items are missing. Particularly a table, my ski gear, and a box of clothes. I have tried to contact the company several times, who advise there is nothing they can do because it has past the 30 days. I am very disappointed with this unprofessional service and lack of care that I have received. How did my items vanish? I do not recommend.

The whole experience was seamless, from the moment I obtained a quote through to the delivery to my new home. Eddie who provided the quote was very thorough with his follow through.Very hardworking, fast and friendly.I live upstairs and had a very heavy and large piece of furniture to move, along with some other smaller pieces and boxes. This was done with care and caution. I was very happy with their professionalism and skills on the day.They really know what are doing.

I had this company referred to me by a good friend. They were magnificent. The owner Eddie was very helpful in organising the move and very professional. The 2 removalists that came on the day were very polite and listen to my requests and responded in a courteous manner. They also werw very careful and looked aftwr my things as if they were there own. They were very patient particularly given they had move furniture down winding stairs and aome of it very large. Overall this was a very pleasant experience and took away a lot of the stress that is involved in moving. Well worth the investmwnt and would recommend Brilliance to anyone.

  I would highly recommend Brilliance Removals to anyone in the Perth area.  From organizing the removal on the phone with Eddie to the two removal guys, they were excellent all the way.  The truck was only 15mins late, but as soon as it arrived the guys apologized (due to traffic at 9am).   It took 8 hrs to load the truck and unload at the other end.  We had a lot of stuff and a 4 bedroom house to move!!  Pablo and Fabio did a fantastic job.  They were both very polite and nothing was too much trouble.  They took great care and were hard working.   And yes, a 12 tonne truck can reverse and fit down a driveway if your house is on a subdivided rear block.  Thanks to Pablo for his great driving skills.   I really like the fact that the time billed is from start of loading to end of unloading, not depot to depot like some other companies.   Many thanks to Pablo and Fabio.  You made what would have been a very stressful day into an easy and stress free day.   If you want courtesy, hard working guys, and a really good price, go to Brilliance Removals.  .

Thanks guys so much for helping us move and making it so much smoother. We have a baby which makes moving harder than it is. But these guys just got right to work and cleared out the house and moved us right in. The packing and unpacking service was such a big help.

Our move happened very quickly, we were still packing when Guill and Walter arrived.
They were wonderful, very careful with our stuff.
We moved from Hay Street to St Georges Terrace on a very busy Monday, the guys had to unpack on the street and push our stuff up a fairly steep hill and into our new offices.
They were great and even after finishing still asked if there was anything else that needed to be moved.
Fantastic service and wold highly recommend them.
