Fantastic

From first quote to end of move Kirk and his team were fantastic

Arrived on time to both the quote and the move - answered all my many many questions (I’m a worrier) gave advice and tips and ultimately provided a stress free move on the day - working so hard and fast even on such a hot summer day (yes England is actually having a summer for once)

Was also polite, kind and friendly to me and my son who was just heading off for an exam and wished him luck (he did great)

The price for the move was very affordable and being on a very tight budget it really helped but overall it was the confidence they gave me that they would do the best job - and they did

Avoid!!

Made our move twice as stressfull!

Under estimated, in terms of amount of belongings that needed to be moved ( house visit was conducted).

Left so much of our belongings in our old house saying it wouldn’t fit in the lorry!!

More worried about finishing early to avoid road traffic so they could get home.

We were left to do 8 car runs to and from the old house to bring remaining belongings.

Stress you don’t need when moving house.

Blaming other employees (packer) for not doing a full job passing that problem/stress on to us!!

Alarm bells were ringing when bhexpress threatened not to turn up until they had been payed in advance!!

I would never use again and would never recommend!!

I have pictures of all items left if bhexpress wish to challenge me on my review.

We have already replied to you on your private email....
Firstly the choice to pay up front was your choice, you were offered to pay cash on the day or a transfer, you chose transfer, transfers are paid before the move, the reason for this is because most people haven't got internet when they move and we have problems getting bank transfers on the day. Its a standard payment method in the trade.
Secondly you were sent our Covid restrictions email a week before the move explaining our Covid practises for the move.It clearly states no packing is to take place on the day of the move, to keep us all safe, what is not packed will not be moved.
This wasn't adhered to which caused a stressful day to all concerned, if it had all been packed on arrival there wouldn't have been a problem. ..read more

Definitely recommend

Absolutely amazing service! What was already a very stressful move, made much simpler on the day thanks to Kirk and Mark. The quote provided prior to the move was the most competitive, yet prior to receiving this and after speaking to Kirk I had already made my mind up that I'd be using them to help with my move as they came across as genuine, unlike some of the other visits for quotes received. Completion date fell on what was the hottest day of the year so far... Yet it was head down and crack on, polite, friendly and professional. Will definitely recommend and be using in the future, however no immediate plans to move home anytime soon.

Helpful, Resourceful and Professional.

Kirk and his team are professional, accommodating and hard workers. Having been let down by a previous removal company, Kirk stepped up and helped our house move with only a few days notice. Exceptionally resourceful and managed the job well. I can't praise these guys enough. Will wholeheartedly recommend to others and would definitely use again.

Totally Efficient Service 10/10!

From the very first meeting, Kirk and his team have been fabulous. Our initial completion date was pushed back several times, but this wasn't an issue.

We used the offered packing service, which Kirk's team sorted out a couple of days before the move. Well worth it.

Our buyers were also using BHExpress but this did not prove a challenge for the team - we were loaded & ready to move well before lunchtime on the day.

We had a few problems in the afternoon with delays caused by our conveyancer, but yet again this did not cause a problem for Kirk. Despite getting the keys late, we were unloaded & in the house within an hour.

All in all, we cannot recommend BHExpress highly enough. Very efficient, friendly & professional service at reasonable price.
