Excellent first class service.

First class service from start to finish did a full pack and move for us at a reasonable cost. all expensive furniture wrapped and protected and shrink wrapped which we really did apreciate.

we moved from Derbyshire to Wales and the move went as smoothly as it can get the men were clean polite and friendly throughout the process can't thank them enough and would use and recommend them again and again without a doubt thanks again guys.

Very happy with this company.

From the time that I called BG removals, to the end of the move I was very happy with the manner of the removals men and how hard they worked on the move day. Nothing was too much trouble and the removal men just got on with the job. I would highly recommend BG removals. I, my self was referred by a friend and now I witnessed the level of service these guys provide. All round service was to a high standard. Great care was taken to load my furniture and also great soa covers these guys use. Which gave me peace of mind knowing that my sofa wouldn't get any damage, especially going to the new house as it was through a tight alley way to get to the house. Thanks. Stacy.

Avoid!! Broken Items And Theifs.

The removal men turned up 3 hours late and when they finally turned up Bashir pushed me out of the door as I was in they way, where he could of just asked politely. On the journey to my new house my bedside lamp had smashed due to it being wrapped in very thin, low quality cloth. Also my flat screen TV had chipped round the edges as they didn't place it in the box properly. I didn't notice my valuble items until they had left the property. Bashir was trying to convince me that I had to pay an extra 150 pounds as I had put my bathroom cabinet in the van. As they left I found all of my broken items and I had rang them up, one of the men told me to 'F off' and called me a very racist name. Im really annoyed and disappointed, I will definitely not be using this company again.

Furniture removal.

I would highly recommend BG removals, Nas and Kyle were on time and really helpful, they were polite and professional getting everything done quickly and efficiently, all for a good price too! And they even gave me a lift to the second location in their van, thank you! I will be using them again in the future!

Excellent.

Bg removals stepped in at the last minute to help us move after our original movers let us down and provided a packing service on the Thursday and removal service on the Friday. The guys worked hard and quickly and even with an extended wait to move in had a superb attitude. They were trustworthy and made no mess I would therefore have No hesitation in recommending. first class and thank you.
