Efficient service tailored to our needs.

We used ASV Solutions services to move from our packed one bedroom to a two bedroom within London. While we did not had any white goods of our own, we had some furnitures including a couple of antiques and quite a few paintings (including 2 large ones) that required care in transportation.
Daisy was lovely and managed to accomodate for our specific needs and tight schedule (we had the check in the new flat on the same day than the check out of the old one).
We decided to pack everything ourselves to take our time to go through everything we had (and recycle/donate).
Would definitely recommend.

Not completly satisfied with service.

Furniture was damage. First they tore sofa trying to get it in the house. They left everything in one room and set fire alarms off and broke one unit to bits which had to be replaced by my dad. A mattress was put on the wet pavement and one of the vans turned up at the old address two hours late. As we had 2 vans that were meant to arrive both at 9:00 am but one came at 9:00am the other turned up at 11:00am later than when it should of been there. They lost my curtain poles and also my parents went back to the old house. They had left most of my sons toys in his room, my telephone table and my daughters guitar and some of my daughters dog bits.

We have helped and asked about absolutely every detail and once we have the 'go ahead' then we proceed. We do apologies for the delay of one of the vans, we cannot predict what happens on the road. The delay was because of an accident on their way.

Good workers.

Pick up was done efficiently and quickly as was delivery. Tray and Daniel were polite, helpful and made every effort to make sure my items were well packed, transported and to arrive safely.

My one and only gripe was the agreed price was increased with the excuse being that bigger van was needed, it was not. However we reached a satisfactory agreement even though the van when loaded was only a third full!

Efficient & Helpful.

AVS Solutions Ltd provided a quick, efficient, and competitive service and got me out of a tight spot! At short notice, they provided a job estimate. Once agreed, they emailed confirmation, turned up when and where they were supposed to. The staff were polite and extremely helpful. I booked them for 1 job and ended up using them for 2 jobs. Second one at short notice. Use them, they won't let you down!

Review for house move.

We found ASV on a comparison website. They were low cost and honest workers. The move was organised by a very pleasant, organised and involved coordinator Daisy, who regularly telephoned with updates. The men worked very hard, and were extremely helpful, patient and flexible with the house move. 
There was no damage  - they helped with the packing. Everything arrived in a good state. We got out of our property by 1 pm with time to spare for cleaning. .

ASV Solutions were extremely professional when I used them for a long distance move (c.150 miles) from London to the Midlands. The two gentlemen who helped with the move were extremely professional and willingly took down beds at no extra charge after I overestimated the size of the door frame. They were extremely competitive on price and can't, therefore, be unduly faulted. Thank you!

Very professional and reasonable.

Daisy was very communicative and nothing was a problem despite changing circumstances. The quote was fair and the terms and conditions were very clear. The guys were friendly and took good care of our belongings. We incurred an extra charge due to the fact the guys has to wait for us at the arrival end, but Daisy was clear in communicating the change and it was handled well. We did not clearly label everything but the guys were patient with us directing them. A job well done, I would recommend for any house move.

Excellent Service.

I would recommend this company to anyone. Cheaper than any other removal company. The guys who sorted out my move were exceptional. Never had a move going so smoothly. There was no damage to any of my furniture and the guys were really quick and efficient. Would 100% use ASV again when I move. They were absolutely brilliant. Also a big thank you to Daisy who kept me informed about everything at all times. Great organiser. All in all an absolute perfect service. Totally recommended.
