ROBBED

Got my items stolen with a moving to Indonesia (Bali) from Spain with this company. 20 boxes came opened, half of my personal items ruined and the rest gone forever. Its incredible how people can stole with impunity like this.

Collusion with customs to raise fees in my opinion.

I paid Solaris in the UK over £7600 to ship our household goods to Japan. Japan customs 'flagged' our container for inspection. On the basis of that Asian Tigers (contracted by Solaris) charged us a further £1000. From what I've been able to learn it's my belief Asian Tigers had our shipment deliberately flagged so they could raise their extortionate fee.

Local move within Vietnam

Worst move ever.

I was unfortunate enough to use Asia Tiger movers, paid $2,000 to move within Vietnam. They were to pack and unpack everything. They packed ok, but that was the end of it, they showed up 2 hr late, dumped all our belongings in the front yard and left. 2 motorbikes that were to be in wooden crates were not,every mirror, tail light and painted parts were damaged. The mirrors were broken down at the frames, every light was broken off. My paintings were damaged, my file cabinet looked like they dragged it behind the truck, totally destroyed. Jill's the French guy that worked there just refused to pay, he finally paid $250..my file cabinet cost more than that..beware of Vietnam Asia Tigers and the crook named Jilles.

Scam alert

Worst company ever. Lying people, low qualified, lazy. They tried to make me sell my e-bike, because they do not have the permits to transport lithium batteries and blamed that the E-bike was not road registered despite being a Sur Ron a dirt hobby bike that is not meant to go on road.

"The worst moving company. They have not idea where the goods are during the transit. When the goods arrive to destination their agent start to request over cost that supposed be included in the quotation. Avoid this unprofessional company!"
