Delay of Shipment

We reached them for shipping our cargo from Qatar to Sydney. They gave us 60 days for door to door delivery. Logistics people packed our cargo mid of December. Later on we were told it will be shipped mid of January. Received an email at beginning of March that cargo has reached Brisbane. Its beginning of April but we have no clue if and when we will receive our shipment. We have been trying to reach their Brisbane office but person is always on leave. No call back for any updates. Such a poor service.
