There is no proof in any accusations being made by this customer. The police have not even called one time to inquire about this.. Unfortunately the movers are the first to be blamed, which is not always the case!! for the customer to say they are already pulling fingerprints off the plastic is far fetched to say the least. I take theft very seriously, also I already stated that we pulled up the tracking on our truck that day. Our movers didn't take an hour and a half to drive to the destination, another lie! All our movers know that we have a GPS tracking device on aour entire fleet they are aware I know their every move while driving our trucks. If your not familiar with Fleetmatics and how very detailed it is then I suggest going to google and pulling up Fleetmatics reveal and it will teach you James!We can prove it with Fleetmatics reports, which shows when the truck is driving, idling and for how long and if the engined had been turned off. It is extremely detailed. Also the only items this customer reported missing was a AK-47 and a game console which he reported missing 2 to 2 1/2 weeks after his move took place. So the statement being me that several other articles are missing is a fabrication this is just lies. First of all Federal motor carrier does not allow our company as well as any other moving companies to move firearms we did not have access to these firearms during the move they were all located in one room according to the movers in boxes. We did not pack this customer we moved only furniture and closed boxes that were packed by the customer . We have no clue what was in those boxes during transport because we did not pack those boxes. According to this customer this was an estate move of a sibling of his that was a gun collector and when the movers were there the gentleman was selling these guns on eBay as well as several other items. Out of the several and several guns that were located in this home I do not believe an AK-47 would just be picked up and moved out of the home without being seen first of all. I told the customer to call the police and make a police report. We are still to this day have not heard from any police officer or detective concerning the loss of this AK-47 or this supposedly loss of this game machine that supposedly was boxed up by the customer we have no access to boxed items they were already packed by the customer himself. Not only that but before we booked this customer we made him very aware that we are not responsible or allowed to move firearms ammo anything of that kind he signed a waiver and release stating that he was aware of this and he was to transport and move those items himself. Again there's no proof that any of our movers were involved in this missing AK-47 which by the way the customer admit himself that these guns were in the origin address for 2 weeks by themselves after the move itself. This customer did not call us until 2 weeks after the move took place. A lot can happen in 2 weeks. We also made the customer aware that all of our trucks are on satellite and also we have cameras in our lot so when the movers pull up into that lot they are on recording we were able to do a report that the movers did not stop anywhere in the truck on the way to the shop after the move we also have footage of them getting out of their trucks and they did not have an AK-47 on there being on the video. Like I said we are waiting for this customer to still make a police report so that we can fully cooperate in an investigation to prove that our movers were not involved in this. we hope the customer ends up finding out where this gun went. ..read more

We did all we could do to make this customer happy. We lowered her rate several times, and ended up even refunding more money back to her. We have done what is right.

Update: This reviewer has taken the time to write reviews everywhere. We only wish she would have put in the same time and effort to reach us to cancel her scheduled move date. But she did not. Instead she put the blame on our company.Our employee did not hang up. We have the recorded conversation to prove that.This customer called our business and adamantly wanted to book a move date. She did book a move with us because we gave her a job number got all of her details and addresses, and we have the recorded conversation of her stating that she was booked and that she was going to call back to pay her deposit. So for her to say that she never booked with our company is not true.With every move scheduled we do have to get a deposit to hold the date for the move. We explained this customer that we would need to get the deposit before booking her move. She stated “that she did not have the money at the time”and that she would pay it closer to the move date. We explained that we’d have to have the deposit at least a week prior, and our general manager Stefanie was kind enough to book the customer without a deposit. Upon her agreement that she would pay the deposit a week prior to the move date. Three days prior to her move date, we noticed that she had not called to pay her deposit. We proceeded to call her to get the deposit for her move, only for her to tell us that she has gone with another company. We had proceeded to tell her that we would have appreciate it if she would’ve called us to let us know that she went with another company, therefore we would’ve taken her off our schedule. Since several other customers had called and wanted that spot, and we’re more than willing to put a deposit down that day. So we were kind enough to hold her move,only for her to not cancel her move date, and to never call us to make us aware that she went with another company. In the conversation we were extremely professional, patient and we’re never rude. We have the recorded conversations to prove that. She said she was upset because when we hung up with her we had stated thank you and goodbye. She said that we did not wait for her to respond so if she considers that rude and us hanging up on her. She took plenty of time out of her day to write several reviews on several different review sites, but we find it interesting that she couldn’t take three minutes to call us to cancel her move that we had held for her for over two weeks.
