Great Service.

Ants was great to deal with from the very first time we contacted them right through until we moved into our new address. We had a period of just under a month where we had to live with friends until the completion date of the new property so Ants collected all non-essential items from us and safety stored them for us until we were ready to move. The initial conversation was very detailed so we knew exactly what service they could offer us and the price we would pay. The move went without any issued at all. They were prompt , professional and all of our belongings were delivered back to us in exactly the same condition at the time we requested. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ants for any removals and/or storage requirements.

Damage.

Several items of furniture arrived damaged.  Ants Removals accepted liability.  However, their insurance left me out of pocket and took 5 months and a lot of input from me to resolve. Emails to try and negotiate some money back from the full fee they had taken for the service went largely ignored.  Eventually, they did make an offer - a discount on any future move I booked with them.
