Anglo Removals

Used Anglo Removals to move us from Switzerland to the UK, I got a number of quotes from Swiss and UK firms and whilst Anglo Removals weren't the cheapest, they were 40% less than the Swiss quotes received and unlike the cheapest, they gave me the confidence that they understood the logistics and paperwork involved in crossing two borders and that I would receive a good professional service despite them not being able to come and do a 'survey' on the goods to be moved.

I was right, they fulfilled every expectation, worked quickly and professionally (in a heat wave) filling 3 vans, and provided excellent communication up to and during the move so managed my expectations (and therefore limited my stressing).

Really did make the move simpler than expected and can't recommend highly enough.

We moved recently from Bristol to Amsterdam. We hired Anglo Removals via Shiply and they did a great job. Very fast loading and unloading and the price was very competitive. Most of our things were already packed but they were able to pack what remained. The only slight downside was that they were slightly short of packing materials on the day, but nothing has got broken as far as we can tell. Delivery was the next day to two separate locations in Amsterdam. I'd recommend them.

These guys represent fantastic value for money.
I had asked them to arrive early in the morning (7.30am), they turned up on the dot.
Took care of all the bits and bobs (furniture dismantled/various sizes of boxes).
They were very polite and helpful.
We had to stop on the way to pick up a table and a bedframe from a friend's house, it was no trouble at all.
Unloading at the new flat went smoothly as well.
I can only recommend them.
The price was simply competitive but the value for money was outstanding!
Would use them again and certainly recommend.

After soliciting quotes from a variety of removals companies, I'm very glad I chose to use Anglo Removals for our international move.

The guys at Anglo were professional, hard-working, and fast. They arrived at our German address on-time, got straight to work loading the van and managed to fit everything in (it was a very tight fit!).

Despite their planned ferry routes being disrupted due to bad weather, they only arrived at our UK unloading address an hour later than originally planned. Again, they were straight out of the van and unloading non-stop until they had fit it all into our storage unit (again a VERY tight fit).

I would wholeheartedly recommend the use of Anglo Removals. Good service and good value.
