What can I say about these guys and gals! Absolutely amazing from start to finish! Lindsey and Lauren in the office were like agony aunts to me, I had them in speed dial by the last week before our move!!

Steve who came to survey us - so professional and reassuring! The boys who came out on the move, Carl, Lee, Dylan, Tom and Jack, everyone of them was so polite, professional and worked like absolute troopers!

We moved from a large 5 bed home to a 4 storey property so this was no straight forward two up two down move. They packed the whole house up into boxes in a day, then moved us over the following two days, they had everything to ensure nothing was damaged, and all our worldy possessions were well protected! TV boxes, mattress protectors, furniture blankets, sofa covers - you name it they had it! Even the wardrobe boxes to transport all our clothing from the wardrobes….. genius!

Can’t imagine this move without them, the kids have even asked when we are moving again so the All Star lads can come back!! Haha.

Amazing - recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone looking to move home or business for that matter! I have Steve back out next month to quote our upcoming office relocation!

Move size: 4+ Bedroom Home Service cost: £4750

I moved from Liverpool on the 5th June 2020. The guys who were in charge of my move, broke my bookcase, by accident. I got in contact with the company to ask for a reimbursement and after several days, I have been answered that they were happy to send me a cheque for £50 because my bookcase was rickety, according to them. I was not happy with this (my bookcase was not new, but in perfect conditions) and asked them to reconsider their offer as I have paid £1620 for their services, which they said included a insurance cover. They also insisted to change the date of the move agreed, with less than a week notice, which I agreed to but it required me effort and extra stress. I contacted the administrator as well as the manager via email on several occasions, asking for an update. The administrator kept replying that she escalated the issue to the manager and the manager simply ignored my emails. Eventually, I would like to point out that the broken bookcase was bought from IKEA at a price of £115(not exactly the most expensive thing in the world). I really can't understand how a professional company which has been recommended to me by two different friends can actually act so unprofessionally. I am really sad to say that I am very disappointed. I will certainly not recommend this company services to anyone, if asked.

What can I say about these guys! Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We were actually put onto All Star by our friends who had recently used them for their house move - I cannot speak highly enough about them. Frome the initial survey with Steve, the communication with the girls in the office, and then move day with the 4 chaps that turned up! They literally took all of the stress out of our move and even made it fun! My kids loved the lads too, they got them involved moving a couple of smaller items, much to their delight!

If you are looking for a professional service, honestly, just call All Star and you will not be disappointed! Thanks again - see you in 12 months for our next move (hopefully our last!) :)

I moved from a (high rise) flat to a house and from start to finish the service was second to none. The staff in the office - Lindsey was so kind when I was ringing stressed out and changing the move date she would always reassure me for which I was so very grateful. All my goods well packaged and cared for. The lift broke on the day and the lads took my belongings to the next floor and out to the vans. The lads doing the actual job you couldn’t fault they never stopped. All very professional and polite throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you for taking the pressure away and providing the best service.
