Careless and very expensive

We used Alfa because we had a very good experience with them in 2013. Unfortunately their service went from great to awful in less then 10 years:

- Awful basic packing material: No wardrobe boxes, no book boxes and only of the cheapest 2-layer kind.

- No wrapping of fragile items. Items on shelves are thrown in big boxes without care.

- Movers were hired for the day, payed in cash, unprofessional and disrespectful.

- We got notified of the exact date for the moving day, 3 days before.

You'll have better experience buying boxes and packing yourself.

Move size: 4 Bedroom Home Service cost: €12000

the most unprofessional, careless service they provide!

Strangely enough, there website has only great reviews!! where they are coming from??
