Steve and his team were very professional, great communication, quick, efficient and very reliable, all the team worked very hard and to a tight time schedule, they took great care of our belongings. AG Jacob and Sons are very professional. The moving team were punctual and took great care when transporting our items on to the lorry. On arrival and after a wait for the keys to the new property, they removed our items with care. From start to finish, we received courtesy calls to ensure everything was in order. Super communication and all at a very competitive price. Thank you very much to Steve and his brilliant team.

From our first contact to the last our experience was first class. Steve came to survey the job and came up with a good quote. Other firms were wanting us to send photos of the furniture etc rather than come and see for themselves. We booked quite far ahead but when the time came it couldn't have gone more smoothly. We had made some changes to our original request but this was not a problem. We watched all our furniture and belongings being packed with care into their lorry. We went to stay with friends while the whole house was recarpeted and the decorator came to complete the redecorating. Our furniture was then returned in two stages as requested. We met 4 members of the team and they were all brilliant:efficient, friendly and very skilled.

We live in Headington so it was great to have a local firm, we will say hello when we see them out and about now. We would have no question recommending them for a relatively small job like ours or for making your house move to anywhere in the UK or abroad go smoothly. It is stressful undertaking a move or even the process we have been through but they certainly minimised that stress for which we are very grateful. Thank you A G Jacobs and Sons!!
