A bunch of thieves!

When moving from Kuwait to Turkey back in 2018, the removals company I had contracted in Kuwait had sub-contracted the handling in Turkey to AFC International. When my home contents shipment arrived in Istanbul, I was faced with an array of additional charges (including a deposit for the shipping container over which I had no control and which I was told would be refunded after delivery) - other surprise charges advised to me in an email from Martin Ender were for 'Customs extra intensive exam rate : 348.00 USDollars; Port’s storage accumulated storage : 790.00 USDollars; Shipping line’s demmurage : 962.00 USDollars; Deposit to port officals : 745.00 USDollars (this is going to be reimbursed to you should there not be any other charges port/liner)' Having made the requested funds transfer Martin asked for a further 1000 USDollars to clear my shipment through customs ahead of a week shutdown due to a 'port emergency'. I felt that I was being held to ransom to receive my goods so made the payment. When my goods were eventually delivered to me, the delivery crew even had the nerve to ask for further payment!

After two further months of calls and emails to which Martin Ender failed to respond, he assured me that his handler in Istanbul - 'DİLSAN LOJİSTİK' - would refund me immediately ... needless to say that, 3 years later, I have not received anything? I had requested copies of customs invoices etc to support the extra charges, and of course never received these either. I do, however, have a full email history to support my documented account.

Having concluded that Martin Ender, AFC International, and Dilsan Lojistok are all a bunch of low-life fraudsters, I decided to drop my quest for reimbursement of my due funds in aid of retaining my sanity, but having just come across the case history in my files I decided to speak out and by posting this review may at least be able to help others from similar heartache and financial loss.

Avoid.

Not a mover. A freightforwarder who hires companies to do the packing, shipping and delivery. Untruthful and did not respond to calls. Refused to hire the movers on arrival to do unpacking despite it being in the contract. Avoidat all cost!

International moving extra costs.

Do not trust this company. They are quick to take your money, leave you uninformed and create extra costs at the end. So disappointed. There were so many other companies that wanted to move us. Wish I had never chosen AFC.

Dont chose this company.

Totaly fraud. Ender is a lier guy. don't trust them. If you need to sue them, act ASAP.

They are locating in Phoneix but he lives in NYC.

Fraudulent company.

He sent us email to booked a cargo from Montreal to Turkey we did our job and he did not pay us it our blunder we trust this guy and company my email is sj@utradeinc.ca please don't trust this company.
