House move

The guys from Ab4u were punctual and really helpful and accommodating with our requests. We were running late with our packing but the guys helped out with other things while we finished. Very careful with our items no damage done. Assembled wardrobe as well. Smiling all the time would definitely recommend

Avoid AB4U Removals!

Avoid AB4U Removals at all costs! Overpriced and terrible - charged me £633 for move and “packing service”, if you can call it that and completely broke my 50”in TV and are now refusing to fully compensate me. Said they would only reimburse me £35 for a TV worth £350. Packing service consisted of throwing things haphazardly in boxes without proper organisation or wrapping. The two men, although nice, took frequent breaks throughout and even a 1.5 hour lunch break. Move took from 9am-4:30pm, that’s 8 hrs, with NO furniture besides a desk, 2 chairs and a mirror! It’s the longest move I have ever done coupled with terrible service. They did not treat my goods with any care. Had to tell them to wrap things up! Pretty unacceptable – I will not be using them ever again and reporting them to BAR and Furniture Ombudsman. Beware!

Hi, i am sorry if something went wrong. We have refunded £350 to you for TV. Guys had a 45min break and then were waiting for yourself to get the key from estate agents. Because your flat had floors, they did need to have some breaks. I think the rest of your review is a bit too harsh, TV was packed as well, they took care of all your items. Thanks for you feedback anyway!

Great guys, very efficient

We had this company move a half house full of stuff into a garage for storage. They were prompt, polite and efficient and got everything packed up in record time. They were also excellent at loading up our storage room in a logical and efficient manner. Definitely recommend!
