I’ve no hesitation to recommend 5 Valleys Removals. It was extraordinary the speed and care they took during our move from Bussage to Bisley. The access was difficult so they had to tran ship the belongings to smaller vans to get it to the house. I was thrilled to have all my belongings arrive safely and I had a lot of stuff that could have been broken if it hadn’t been take of. They moved us during the really hot few days we had at the end of July and did it so willingly and carefully despite the heat. I was amazed at how strong they were! So grateful for the fab job. We also had them packing for us and they are holding some of our belongs in storage so it was a bit more but worth every penny.

I cannot recommend 5 Valleys highly enough!! I moved from Gloucester to Stroud, with challenging stairs in Gloucester and tricky access (as is the norm) in Stroud along with some extremely heavy furniture and LOTS of heavy boxes full of books. The day started with two men, who were joined by another pair late morning and a further one before we left for Stroud. They were all unfailingly courteous, cheerful and incredibly hardworking, with seemingly very short breaks for coffee and biscuits. On arrival, they went the extra mile, putting together the two beds as well as stacking my washing machine and tumble drier for me. Great care was taken with all my belongings and they did everything they could to ensure that everything was where it should be. They happily moved a couple of boxes that had ended up in the wrong place (fluorescent green and yellow stickers weren't the best choice of colour coding on my part - easily confused!). The Cotswold stone brick and decking bookcase that I had put together at my old house was taken down with the bricks being stored on a pallet by the new shed and the timber wrapped in a tarp to protect it. It was a pleasure to see such a strong work ethic and camaraderie from a workforce - I can only imagine that 5 Valleys are really good employers to have such good people working for them. As for value for money - it was worth every penny and then some! Thank you all for making my move so stress free.

Excellent service from 5 Valleys Removals. I would highly recommend them. It was a complicated, long distance removal but everything went really smoothly. Communication was excellent. The men were very professional, took great care in packing, labelling and transporting my possessions and furniture, so everything arrived in perfect condition. They were good-humoured and co-operative and observed all the necessary coronavirus precautions including wearing masks. The price was very much better than other companies I contacted (which concerned me at first) but I decided to go with them because of their clear understanding of the various issues that can arise in a removal. However, I need not have worried as their quality was excellent and I was delighted with their service.

I have moved many times but, never before, have received the professional service and care that I received from this company and their amazing Team.

They were all friendly, efficient and very professional - nothing was too much trouble for them and they made what is usually a stressful time very easy.

They definitely go the ‘extra mile’ and I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
